Goldmyer Hot Springs
A 20-acre wilderness preserve in the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Valley, owned by the nonprofit Northwest Wilderness Programs, where hot water flows from a small cave into three cascading pools beside a creek-fed cold pool. Entry is capped at 20 people a day, by phone permit or cash walk-in, and the springs are swimsuit-optional. Visitors drive a rough forest road and then hike or bike about 4.5 to 5 miles from the Dingford Creek gate.

Scenic Hot Springs
Privately owned, minimally developed hot springs in the Cascades about 10 miles east of Skykomish, reached by a steep 2-mile trail with 1,100 feet of gain. Visits are by advance reservation only, in daylight, and the two natural stone pools are unchlorinated and clothing optional. The two springs that feed them measure about 111-114°F and 118-122°F at the source.

Olympic Hot Springs
Natural hot springs in Olympic National Park's Elwha Valley, where a resort once stood. Since the Olympic Hot Springs Road washed out, visitors walk or bike from the Madison Falls gate to the Boulder Creek Trailhead and then hike 2.4 miles, about 10.5 miles one way in total. The park enforces a year-round burn ban in the area and asks visitors to store food carefully.

Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort
A National Park Service concession resort in Olympic National Park's Sol Duc Valley, with three mineral pools from about 99 to 104°F and a freshwater pool. Day visitors buy 1.5-hour sessions, and pool use is included for cabin guests. The pools and cabins close each winter, from midday Nov 1 until March 20.

Carson Hot Springs Resort
A long-running mineral springs resort on the Wind River at Carson, where the historic bathhouse offers soaks in clawfoot tubs of unchlorinated mineral water followed by a wrap. A chlorinated 104°F therapy pool with a small cold plunge is sold as a two-hour day pass, and all soaking areas are for adults 18 and older. The property also has hotel rooms, an 18-hole golf course and a clubhouse restaurant.
TenZen Springs & Cabins
Six minimalist cabins on a 100-acre property in Home Valley outside Stevenson, each with a private two-person infinity tub fed by geothermal water drawn from 3,000 feet below the Wind River. The water flows continuously through each tub and its temperature can be adjusted. It's for overnight guests only, and state tourism describes it as adults-only.

Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa
A Columbia River Gorge resort in North Bonneville with an indoor mineral-fed pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, cold plunges and a sauna. Non-guests can buy one- or two-hour passes online or at the door, and the spa offers mineral baths in a shared bathhouse with private partitions. Some guest rooms have private hot tubs filled with untreated spring water.
