A day spa on Front Street in Ballston Spa that draws naturally carbonated mineral water from the Sans Souci spring, whose 690-foot well dates to 1870. Soaks are private and 30 minutes as standard, with a jacuzzi tub for couples. The spa says the spring runs about 50°F, so hot tap water is added to the bath.

The spring runs are free to wade in year-round, and a spring-filled outdoor pool opens in summer.
